Pintle hook adapter fits TorkLift adjustable shank (TLM9000 or TLM9001 - sold separately) that is made for SuperHitch dual-receiver hitches. Mounting plate has (4) 3/4" holes for attaching a pintle hook (sold separately) with the included bolts.
