I was very pleased that I recieved it on Xmas eve .it was a gift for my boyfriend .he was surprised such a thing exist.we both work in construction an it'll come in handy .havnt had a chance to test it out yet .I was shocked at how much shipping was ,that seems to be the only unhappy deal.the price for the stove seamed reasonable.

Great Product November 13, 2014
Reviewer: C. P. Hendrix from Louisiana
I had one of these a few years ago, used it about 3-4 times a month (my driving schedule was every other week).  I like the interior size, but always put about a half inch of water down first.  I would then put in my meal wrapped in foil, with tall sides.  I would plug it in about an hour before actual meal time.  It sat on my front passenger floor.  The smell was great, and it was perfectly hot when I was ready.  When I had a little wreck, everything tumbled around a bit, and the plastic latch broke.  I couldn't find any way to fix  or replace it. (It seals real tight.)   I eventually got another.   You can buy the foil loaf pans in any discount or grocery store, or just use foil.  My favorite meal was chicken enchiladas with cheese and chili con carne.  So really, I used it as a steamer.  Good luck.

Handy May 17, 2013

Worth the purchase!

I ordered this portable stove last weekend, and it worked handsomely on the last road trip. It is way better than wedging the sandwiches onto the car engine block with balls of foil, but the only drawback is the smell while cooking inside the car. Buying this Roadpro Portable Stove product is worth it.

Portable stove for road trips June 29, 2012
Reviewer: Dan Osland from Toledo, Ohio
I have only used this portable stove on my road trip but it has exceeded my expectations. I wrap sandwiches in foil and pop them in the oven. Thirty minutes later they are hot and delicious. It works so much better than wedging the sandwiches onto the car engine block with balls of foil. The only drawback is the smell of the food when cooking and makes everyone inside the car....insane with hunger. Well this item is worth the money paid.
